Customer Information - Terms of Sale
The following terms and conditions of sale constitute a binding agreement between Radical Lighting Ltd and its customers which applies to all purchases made on the Radical Lighting e-comcart web site. The e-comcart site is wholly owned and controlled by Radical Lighting Ltd .Customers are reminded that these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully, you may wish to print a copy for future reference.

Acceptance of Order
Your acceptance of these Sale Terms by clicking on the "confirm order" button represents an offer of contract from You only and is not binding until accepted by Us either by sending You an email which is received by You explicitly stating this or our dispatching the goods to You with a dispatch note issued to You by us. Receipt of an order via the website by Us does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer for any reason.

Any errors or omissions in any catalogue, sales literature, price list, dispatch note, invoice or other documentation or any information issued by Us from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on Our part. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any order submitted by You, confirming where reasonably requested to do so by Us any telephone orders, and for the giving of such information as is necessary relating to the Sale Terms and delivery (as the case may be) to enable us to deliver the goods to the delivery address notified by You.

General Sales
1. All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. Radical Lighting Ltd. will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold from its web site until payment has been received and cleared in full. Payments are accepted on most credit or debit cards via our secure facilities. We authorise you to make any enquiries you deem necessary in connection with this sale. This information will be used for fraud prevention or debt recovery.

2. All prices quoted are excluding all taxes at current rates. Price excludes delivery to any address but is clearly shown before you checkout.

Accuracy of Information
3. Radical Lighting takes great care to faithfully reproduce all descriptions and specifications as provided by the manufacturers however, errors may occur. If you are in any doubt we recommend you contact our sales team to discuss the product in more detail. The illustrations and colours are representative only. All sizes are approximate. All Items are subject to availability. All details, specifications, prices are accurate at time of publication, but may subsequently change. While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown are as close as possible to the actual specification there may be slight variations due to the nature of the medium. All accessories are extra unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter specifications as advised by the manufacturers.

Guarantee
4. All items are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months. All goods sold comply with current legislation and consumers are reminded that these items and conditions do not affect your statutory rights

Right of Cancellation
5. The customer has the right to cancel an order (This is not possible for goods which have been customized at the customers request). You must exercise the right to cancel an order by informing Radical Lighting in writing within the following time limits ("Cancellation Period").
Goods - from the date the order is accepted by Radical Lighting until three days after the Goods are delivered. Customers exercising their right to cancel an order must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to Radical Lighting in an unused and as new condition complete in its original packaging and with all instructions and accessories. The return must include any premium offers or free gifts offered with the product. Goods are returned at the customers expense.

If a return has been authorised Radical Lighting, we will refund the purchase price of the goods or services within 30 days of receiving and checking the goods are as new and complete. A restocking fee of 25% will apply.

Defective or Faulty Products
6. If you believe that the goods you have purchased are defective at any time please report this as soon as possible to our customer services. If the goods are within the manufacturers guarantee period we will arrange to replace or repair the goods as per the manufactures guarantee. It may be necessary to inspect the goods. Should this inspection prove the fault to be the result of customer misuse then our normal service charge will apply.
